Shipping Policy

Delivery for orders typically takes between 10 and 20 business days. This timeframe accounts for all days except Sundays, public holidays, and days when tropical cyclone warnings are in effect. During high-demand periods, such as promotional events, deliveries may experience slight delays beyond the usual timeframe. Customers should note that we are unable to provide scheduled delivery times, and once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Several factors may influence the actual delivery time of your order. Adverse weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete address details, stock shortages, or delays caused by high order volumes during promotional periods can all affect shipping schedules. In cases where one or more items are unavailable, our customer service team will contact you promptly to arrange order cancellation and initiate a refund if necessary.

Delivery is currently provided free of charge for all orders. If our delivery team is unable to reach you after two consecutive attempts, the order will be automatically canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. There are several reasons why an order may not be shipped. Items may be temporarily out of stock, the delivery location may be in a remote area that we cannot service, or the provided address may be a PO Box, which we are unable to deliver to.
